Waitlist Signup

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• Name (optional)
• Timestamp of signup
• IP address (for security and rate limiting only)

When You Use the App (Future)

Once the AidSense app launches on aidsense.app, we will collect:

• Location data (only when you search for nearby resources, never stored)
• Search queries (to improve resource recommendations)
• Usage analytics (anonymous, to improve the app)

What We DON'T Do

• We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• We don't use tracking pixels or advertising cookies. No ads, no tracking.
• We don't require accounts. You can use AidSense anonymously.
• We don't share your searches with law enforcement unless legally required by court order.
• We don't store your location history. Location is used only for real-time searches.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you updates about the AidSense app launch at aidsense.app (waitlist only)
• Connect you with nearby emergency resources
• Improve our service based on anonymous usage patterns
• Prevent spam and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations if required

Third-Party Services

AidSense uses the following third-party services:

• Vercel - Website and app hosting (privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Google Fonts - Typography (fonts loaded without user tracking)

These services have their own privacy policies. We choose partners who respect user privacy.

Children's Privacy

AidSense is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as our service evolves. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email. Continued use of AidSense after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
